General Terms and Conditions for the Retreat

  1. Booking Confirmation: Your spot is confirmed after a deposit payment of €333 our €444.
  2. Payment: Full payment must be completed by the agreed deadline. Failure to pay we keep the previous payment and cancel your booking 
  3. Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat. Please inform us of any medical conditions in advance.
  4. Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended to have travel insurance that covers health issues, cancellations, or emergencies.
  5. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards others and the staff throughout the retreat.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • Refunds are only provided with a valid doctor’s certificate. In such cases, the refund will exclude the non-refundable deposit (€333).
    • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else, provided you find a replacement and inform us in advance.
    • If you are experiencing emotional or physical issues such as depression or burnout, and have a doctor’s certificate, we encourage you to consider attending, as the retreat could be beneficial for your well-being. This, of course, should be discussed with both us and your doctor.
  • Cancellation by Organizer:
    • If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit. Not your plane ticket
